Patterson Opticians is a family business started in 1953 by Tom Patterson. This optical practice is now owned and run by Andrew Patterson assisted by his team of long serving staff.

We provide a professional and personal eyecare service. You will have a careful and thorough sight test, taking into account your age, occupation, hobbies, and general health. We have the latest technology to photograph the back of your eyes at a small additional cost, to keep a record and careful watch on your ocular health.

We stock the latest frames from leading designers such as D+G, Prada, Gucci etc. Our qualified dispensing optician, Jayne Pierce, will advise on the latest lenses available that are suitable for your lifestyle. We will always be happy to see you to refit and service your spectacles as necessary.

We fit and supply all major brands of contact lenses. We provide a monthly payment package of lenses, solutions and aftercare.

In all we provide a personal service in which you, the customer, are central to our activities. We pride ourselves on our independence and dedication to care.
